Figure Twit Out

Every 10 years or so, a significant form of energy comes before me that I must follow…20 years ago, it was proposing marriage to my now wife…10 years ago, it was my Internet Shopping 24/7 Project where I shopped exclusively online for one year and wrote about my experiences…today, it is Twitter…and JetBlue…For the next month or so, I’ll fly around the US, ride & race on my bike, and focus on developing a clearer theoretical understanding of Twitter, including its benefits, limitations and distinctiveness, as well as formulating applied guidance for organizations and consumers on using it effectively and profitably
